Booking Terms and Conditions

To confirm your booking, we request a 30-50% deposit amount for the full duration of your stay. The deposit percentage depends on the season.

  • 50% for Low Season and High Season
  • 100% for Peak Season

We accept Visa and MasterCard or we accept bank transfers to our bank account.

Please note that there is a 3% processing fee for credit card payment.

For (international) bank transfers, standard fees of your bank apply. Please note that these fees are to be covered by the guest.


For any cancellations 14 days before arrival, we offer a full refund.

For cancellations 24 hours or less before arrival or in case of a no show in low season and high season, or for cancellations in peak season less than 14 days before arrival, there will be no refunds.


Balance payments have to be made on check-in.
We accept payments via Visa / Mastercard  (3% processing fee applicable) or cash in Thai Baht.

We advise to organize local currency at the airport at one of the exchange counters or via the use of the various ATM’s. There is also an exchange facility and ATM (near the local Family Mart or 7/11) about 2km from our resort where you can get local currency.
